Friday I went to Target to return three pairs of boots I'd ordered online that all broke my heart and failed me, and so to make up for this tremendous loss I wandered into the clothing section and was instantly distracted by the wall of jackets. Surprising even to me was how in love I was with pretty much everything I tried on. It took all the willpower I had not to buy every jacket in arms reach. ESPECIALLY when they're all only about $40 each.
Since I don't want to be the only person hoarding Target jackets, behold my three favorites I'll be ordering online.
First was an unexpected winner, the Faux Wool Wrap Jacket for $39.99. It's the perfect price for a jacket you will probably only want to wear for a single winter, and not exactly in heavy rotation. Fun, trendy, really soft, and when you're sick of it, you'll remember it was only $40 and feel no remorse tossing it in the Goodwill pile. The site says it's a Juniors jacket, but I found it in the regular ladies jackets section and the medium fit normal… so whatever, I guess this means when it comes to Target, Juniors jackets are ok by me!
Next love was another the website calls a Juniors item, the Anorak Jacket. Again only $39.99. All the mediums were gone in this grey color I liked, and the small I have on was too tight in the shoulders, but a medium would be perfect. It's light weight with a small hood making it the perfect fall jacket before things get too cold.
The model on the website creeps me out, but I had to share for consistency sake. This jacket looks way long on her, and yet perfectly proportioned on me. I don't know, ignore this lady, it's a lovely jacket and I highly recommend you don't wear it with a crop top. #mytwocents
And my final love is the Double Breasted Knit Merona Jacket, again just $39.99. The thing I LOVED about this one is how soft it is. It feels like a sweatshirt inside, and looks like a jacket on the outside. It's the perfect office jacket for me because I swear they keep our office at 55 degrees even in the winter and even wearing a cardigan I am always cold. This jacket looks cute open or belted, and I swear you could wear it laying on the couch to watch tv it's so soft. Great little seasonal buy. I'm wearing a medium in this picture.
Once again I share the Target model who weirds me out and kind of makes me hate the jacket. It's like they don't want people to buy things from their site online.
So there you have it, my three Target jacket loves. If you're equally loving any of the jackets in this post, do a friend a solid and buy them from the links in my post! I'll earn a baby commission from any of the sales and I'll love you long time.
